It has two well-organized and efficiently-managed modern workshops equipped with thermostatic chamber and an up-to-date preliminary treatment workshop. It possesses a team of well trained, experienced pearl selecting and stringing workers and technicians, all of whom averagely have worked in this profession for more than five years. In order to realize the management goal of high quality, high efficiency and low cost, the factory has been firmly observing the ISO9000 quality control system and the 5S managing standard.

The factory has set up a strict and fully-developed process control system by converting the traditional pearl selection process that depends on personal experience into a standardized one, thus ensuring the optimization of the whole procedure. Cost Control: By large-scale purchase of raw and auxiliary materials, reducing procedure loss, improving production efficiency, and promoting the quality, the factory has been very successful in cost control, which helps in strengthening the price competitive power in the market and producing cost-efficient products.
