Q: How can I order an item?
A: Use our Order Cart: simply add your desirable designs into your shopping cart. After placing your order, you will receive a message of confirming your order and providing you with a reference order number. And we will get contact with you within 12 hours. You could also download our order sheet and fill out the details information, then email to us:sale@qifujew.com. We will contact you within 24 hours.
Q: I am a wholesaler. Is there anything I should know before placing an order?
A: 1. MOQ: 3pcs for each gold design, 5pcs for each silver design ,amount should be over 2000USD for each order.
2. T/T or Western Union 30% deposit, 70% before delivery.
3. Delivery day: 2-3 weeks
4. Package with small OPP bag seperately.
5. If the balance is delayed over 60 days, we will forfeit the deposit.
Q: Can you produce the customize jewelry?
A: Yes, we can make the jewelry on your requirements.
We can make a new mould according to your draft or sample and produce the new design for you.
We can alter our current designs on your requirements.
We can make the pendants, earrings and rings into one set on your requirements.
We can match the different pearls with the mounting on your requirements.

Q: Will I be charged for shipping fee and import tax?
A: All of prices are FOB, Free shipping on your order over 3000USD. Usually, you will be charged for some tax on your value of your goods by your custom.
Q: How much is shipping fee?
A: It depends on:
1). Weight and size of your package 2).The Insurance for the merchandise if you need 3).The location we are shipping to (the address you provide)
Q: When will I receive my ordered items?
A: We normally ship by FedEx /EMS/UPS/DHL, which is safe and relative fast with online tracking (usually need 4-8 business days to arrive). We will inform you the tracking number once we send out the parcel. If you require very fast delivery, we can ship your items by FedEx/EMS/UPS/DHL service. It will be better if you have an account of shipping.
Q: Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
A: Yes. You can cancel your order any time before the order starts. If you confirmed the order and it has already been started, you can’t cancel your order, otherwise we will forfeit the deposit. Usually, if you can not make the full payment within 2 months from the day you have confirmed the order, you order will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Q: When buying fine jewelry what is the importance of the mark?
A: The specification shows the differences in quality. For example: "14k" means 58.5% pure gold, "18k" is 75% pure gold. When you see "14k" this means that 14 of 24 parts are pure gold. The remaining 10 are alloy. Alloy is a mixture of several different metals added to strengthen, or in some cases to change the color to a white tone or a rose tone. Normally, we make 18K ,14K, 9K-gold jewelry.
